The workshop and office keep Mon - Sat / 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM China Standard Time (GMT+8), so a message sent overnight from Europe or North America is normally answered before your next working day starts.
A first message gets a far more useful answer when it carries the details a quotation actually depends on. Where you can, include:
- The product — a link or SKU from this site, or reference photographs taken from the side, the top and the outsole.
- Material — calf, suede, or an exotic skin such as crocodile, alligator or ostrich, and whether a particular section of the hide matters to you.
- Quantity and size run — pairs per style and per colour, not only the total, because the size curve is what moves the price.
- Destination country — this decides labelling, duty, and whether CITES paperwork is required on exotic leather.
- Your deadline — sampling runs 7 to 15 days and bulk 15 to 21 days on custom work, so a dated target tells us straight away whether it is achievable.
Anything you leave out simply becomes the first question in our reply, so an incomplete message is still worth sending. If you would rather continue on a messaging app once we have started, say which one and we will follow you there.
