Inside Our Guangzhou Factory
A factory visit should answer practical questions, not just produce a photograph. The workshop images below come from the site's existing production archive and show the kind of cutting, leather handling, assembly, and finishing context buyers can ask to inspect. For a current project, we can arrange an email-scheduled video walkthrough focused on the product and checkpoints relevant to your order.

The workshop
Development starts by turning a reference, drawing, or specification into a controlled sample brief. The team checks the intended use, target market, size range, material direction, construction, logo, packaging, quantity, and destination before recommending the next step. Different products may involve different work areas or specialist processes, so the scope is confirmed for each inquiry.
Materials and storage
For leather and exotic-skin projects, buyers should confirm the material name, visible section, color, finish, thickness direction, and available documentation before approval. Natural grain varies. A useful material review therefore compares the approved sample or swatch with the bulk lot instead of treating one website photograph as a universal standard.

Cutting, lasting, stitching, and finishing
These stages should follow one approved specification. For shoes, that normally includes the last, upper pattern, size grading, lining, reinforcement, outsole, stitching, edge treatment, logo, and packing. For bags and accessories, dimensions, structure, hardware, lining, strap attachment, pockets, and panel placement need the same control.
Quality checks before shipment
There is no honest one-size-fits-all checklist, so the inspection sheet is adapted to the product. Typical points include material and color, measurements, left-right pairing, workmanship, stitch and edge finish, component function, logo position, size assortment, labels, individual packing, carton marks, and quantity. Buyers can also request sample, in-production, and pre-shipment evidence as separate stages.

Send the product link or SKU, reference files, target quantity, and the checks you want to see. We will confirm by email what can be shown live and propose a suitable time rather than presenting a generic recorded tour as proof of your order.
